Shilpa has worked for Leicester City Council, Nottingham City Council, Royal Voluntary Service, Oxfam and Nottingham Trent University.
Shilpa’s passion for empowering unheard voices and her desire for better work life balance has recently seen her focus shift to community based and grass roots work. Shilpa’s list of current projects includes an insight project into vaccine hesitancy in the BAME community, a domestic violence project within the South Asian Community and a project supporting Carers from an Asian background.
